$27 million home one of the most expensive to sell in Toronto last month

While prospective homebuyers can breathe a little sigh of relief as a cooling market moves away from the frantic bidding wars and ever-climbing prices that have defined much of the post-pandemic era, houses in Toronto are still costly and some luxurious homes are still selling for millions.
According to real estate website and brokerage Zoocasa, five homes in the city sold for well over Toronto’s average selling price of $1,087,077, with one home selling for over $27 million.
Here’s a look at five of the most expensive homes to change hands in the city last month:
20/22 Park Lane Cir.
This six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in Toronto’s iconic Bridle Path community just sold for $27,325,000 after being listed for $29,990,000. The house sits on four acres of property and boasts landscaped grounds, a guest house, a circular driveway, remote-controlled entrance gates, European-imported chandeliers, an indoor pool, wine cellar and more.
18A – 22 St Thomas St.
This spacious and dramatic Yorkville condo just sold for $6,275,000 after being listed for $6,995,000. Boasting two bedrooms and four bathrooms, the Windsor Arms unit–which spans 3,800 square feet–offers custom design touches, floor-to-ceiling windows, a formal dining room and a gourmet eat-in kitchen.
82 Hudson Dr.
This sleek and stylish Moore Park home just sold for $5,995,000–the same price it was listed for in February.
