A bakery with origins in British Columbia stretching back to the 1980s is opening a new location, and it’ll be their first in downtown Toronto.

Saint Germain Bakery has become known for their delicious baked goods with immaculate presentation over the past decades.

They have over half a dozen locations in British Columbia, and have Ontario locations at Fairview Mall, Markville, Hillcrest Mall, Scarborough Town Centre, Square One, Upper Canada Mall and Saint Germain Plaza. Saint Germain makes products like Chinese pastries, cakes, breads, buns and cookies.

In mid-February, Saint Germain teased on social media that they’d be opening a new Toronto location that would be more accessible to downtowners than ever before.

Soon, Saint Germain should be bringing all their baking goodness to a central Toronto hub: The Eaton Centre.

Saint Germain tells YourCityWithIN.com that they’re hoping to open around the end of March.
