5 luxury condo buildings coming to Toronto

Luxury condos coming to Toronto include unique boutique-style places and buildings with designer details.
At over $3 million a unit, these places are priced well above most condos in the city. The average price for a Toronto condo was $719,774 in December, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
These upscale condos come in smaller buildings and are much larger than a typical downtown unit. They have high-end appliances, hardwood floors and spa-like bathrooms.
Amenities typically include valet service, pools, fitness centres and even pet spas.
Here are five luxury condo buildings expected to be complete in 2025 or 2026 in Toronto:
50 Scollard
This 41-storey building at the corner of Bay and Scollard streets in Yorkville will feature 112 units. Features include 24-hour resident valet service, fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor pool, and a pet spa. Units have linear gas fireplaces and wide plank engineered hardwood floors.
Unit prices range from $3,141,900 to $17,318,900, according to Livabl.
77 Clarendon
This five-storey boutique condominium is “an intimate collection of 15 luxury residences” in the south Forest Hill neighbourhood, according to the development’s website. Features include a party room with a cocktail bar, library, therapy pool and a massage treatment room. There will be private patios and the units range from 1,700 to over 6,000 square feet.
Available units range in price from $4,450,000 to $6,845,000, according to Livabl.
350 Davenport
Located near St. George Street on Davenport Road, this eight-storey luxury condo offers full-floor units on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors and a two-storey unit on the third floor. The titanium-clad metal building includes”tree terraces” in the design. The units have hardwood floors and soaker tubs in the bathrooms. Building features include security, a fitness room and automated parking.
A three-bedroom unit is listed for $4,900,000 on the Sotheby’s International Real Estate website.
10 Prince Arthur
This seven-storey boutique condominium and townhome development has 25 residences in the Annex and Yorkville area of the city. There are private terraces and the units are from 2,223 to 2,745 square feet, according to Livbl. The building will have valet and concierge services.
The available units range in price from $5,590,000 to $6,890,000.
89 Avenue
This 20-storey boutique building with 36 units is just off Avenue Road in Yorkville. Design features include white oak engineered wood flooring, marble-clad gas fireplace, sliding or swing doors to all terraces and home automation and sound systems, according to the 89 Avenue website. Amenities include an indoor pool with private cabanas and a lounge with private wine storage.
The price range is from $6,800,000 to $7,100,000 with units from 1,417 to 3,914 square feet, according to Livbl.
