A popular Toronto pop-up bar is returning for a limited time this winter.

Nordic by BarChef is returning in 2024 for a limited time at The Well. The festive Scandinavian-inspired pop-up serves festive drinks inside of a yurt, and drew lineups last year.

You know you can expect a lot from the cocktails, as the pop-up is the brainchild of BarChef, one of Toronto’s top cocktail bars that elevates drinks to an art form.

Cocktails on the menu last year included cedar eggnog, a winter negroni, spiced hot cacao, a Nordic martini and a Scandinavian G&T.

They also served options like the Niagara on the Lake with rye, amaro, ice wine and Campari, the Aguamiel Orchard with tequila, cinnamon, apple cordial, cherry and vanilla bitters, Benedictine, ginger beer and caraway, and the La Patisserie with amaro, burnt butter calvados, gentian liqueur, lime leaf infused Lillet and cinnamon.

The experience also included a fire pit lounge area with cozy seating and soft, fuzzy blankets.

Nordic is coming back to The Well on Nov. 20.
