A new Christmas curling experience is popping soon in Toronto where an old hotel used to be.

Lit: Rock Hard is popping up where the old Parkdale Hotel used to be on Queen Street West.

The event will be free to attend, but there will be costs for curling. $50 gets you 30 minutes of play for two people with an additional cost of $5.50 for each extra curler, or 30 minutes of play for a family of two adults and two children or one adult and three children.

There’s also a “Clean Sweep” package priced at $50 per person that gets you an hour of curling, a reserved table seating for two hours and one drink per person.

If you really want to ball out, there’s the “Chalet Room” package for $600 that gets you two hours of curling time for up to eight people, two and a half hours in a private cabana or bubble and two drinks per person.

Along with curling, the pop-up will also have a menu of s’mores, hot toddies, smoky hot chocolate spiked with mezcal, mulled wine and spiked apple cider. Cocktails will be $19 each including a mug, with a price of $14 per refill. There will also be festive music, and the whole pop-up should have an apres ski vibe.

Lit: Rock Hard should be opening soon at 1300 Queen St. W.
