A new farmers’ market with over 75 vendors is opening this spring in Toronto

Toronto can never have enough farmers’ markets, and now a new one is opening in town this spring with a huge number of vendors.
The new Harbourfront Farmers’ Market promises to have over 75 vendors, and applications for vendors are open now.
You should be able to find fresh produce along with artisanal, handcrafted and local goods at the market. The best part is, admission will be totally free.
Harbourfront Farmers’ Market should be open every Saturday from spring to summer, and will be located at the Harbourfront Centre at Toronto’s picturesque waterfront, perfect for a weekend stroll and mini adventure.
The market is a project of Street Eats Market, which is responsible for running lots of different festivals in Toronto throughout the year, many revolving around food and taking place at Harbourfront.
Vendors can apply to be a part of the farmers’ market now using an online form. Other festivities vendors can apply for using the same form include the International Food And Music Festival, The Catering Show, Underground Night Market, Flavours Of The Islands, Flavours By Fire, Fall Fest Toronto, Winter Fest Toronto and Toronto’s New Years Eve Fireworks Celebrations.
The Harbourfront Farmers’ Market should be running every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May 31 to Sept. 27.
