A restaurant that describes themselves as a “little NY-style (ish) pizzeria” has just opened its doors, and it’s been selling out of pizza consistently.

The hours in Gram’s Pizza’s Instagram bio make it clear that they’re open “Wed to Sun 11:30 to 8:00 ish (or sold out).” If you check their Instagram story, you’ll likely encounter a post letting people know they’d sold out from the previous day.

The takeout-only operation does slices as well as full pies, with takeout pizzas with six slices measuring 16 inches. They serve a tight selection of pizzas that’s limited but feels cool and gourmet, using fior di latte cheese on almost every pie, and they regularly do specials.

Their pizza options are cheese, pepperoni, a “spicy one” with pickled jalapeno, soppressata, caramelized onion and honey, a “green one” with seasonal green veggies, chimichurri and confit tomato and garlic, and a mushroom pie with goat cheese and confit garlic.

You can also add on extra meat, cheese or veg, and substitute marinated tofu for cheese. Prices start at $20 for the cheese pizza. Specials might include options like a spicy Hawaiian, and they might also play around with options like pesto.

Gram’s Pizza opened this month at 1640 Dupont St.
