A new lounge, bar and cafe just opened its doors in Toronto

A new bar and cafe that calls itself “the ultimate lounge experience” just opened up to the public in Toronto.
Elysian Lounge is a dim, swanky shisha lounge with live music that serves food and cocktails. Their menu consists of a range of small plates, sides, salads and mains.
Small plates include typical bar food like meatballs, burgers and wings in flavours like butter chicken, barbecue, Old Bay, Buffalo and spicy honey garlic.
As for mains, there’s Indian rubbed spiced lamb chops, a chargrilled striploin and lots of options for pasta including seafood linguine and penne arrabbiata or rose.

When it comes to the cocktails, the list combines classics such as a Negroni, Aperol spritz and Paloma with more creative options like a Cinnamon Old Fashioned, a Sunset Mule that’s like a cross between a Tequila Sunrise and a Moscow Mule, and The Espresso Alchemist that’s like a pistachio espresso martini.
Elysian Lounge also serves signature cocktails like the Sapphire Blaze with chunks of dragonfruit and The Floral Spark with rosewater and rose petals. There’s also a wide selection of mocktails to choose from, with options like a Frosted Melon Mint drink, a Basil and Berry Sangria and virgin mojitos. They even have a special section of drinks designed to be lower in calories made with zero sugar syrups.
Elysian Lounge is now open at 134 Millwick Dr. in North York.
