A new pub serving Tex Mex is now open until 2 a.m. every day in Toronto

Toronto just got a brand new pub serving Tex Mex food and a full menu of margaritas, and the best part is they’re open until 2 a.m. every single night.
Chamberlains Pony Bar describes itself as a “neighbourhood pub” that’s a “a warm and enduring backdrop to a collection of timeless cocktails, and savoury bites” that’s “open late, every night.”
As for the savoury bites, Chamberlains serves a Tex Mex menu of tacos and quesadillas. For starters, there’s esquites, chips and guacamole, queso dip with chorizo, and even confit wings.
Tacos come in chicken, carne asada, chorizo and gluten-free fish varieties, and options for quesadillas are beef barbacoa, chorizo, chicken or mushroom. Chamberlains also serves some Tex Mex style desserts: churros, strawberry tres leches and salted caramel chocoflan.
But of course, seeing as it’s a pub, you’re likely there for the drinks. Margarita lovers are in luck as this new bar serves a full menu of nine different kinds of margaritas, including pineapple coconut, melon, mango and Aperol.
Other cocktails put a spin on classics like a cosmo, gimlet, Michelada, Old Fashioned, rum punch and a “minute” negroni with pineapple bitters. The Strawberry Jam is a take on a Pimm’s Cup made with actual strawberry jam, coffee and lemon. They also have three cocktails on tap: an Apple-tini, the Melon Harvest with gin, melon liqueur and toasted corn, and the Horseshoe Highball with bourbon, cherry, almond and lemon.
