A Canadian chain of restaurants known for their popular salads is opening a new Toronto location soon.

Mandy’s Salads started out with locations in Montreal, but has since brought their brand of trendy salads to Toronto. They already have locations on Ossington and at The Well as well as at Kitchen Hub.

They’re known for their salads and grain bowls with options like Cobb and Caesar salads as well as The Wolfe with kale, quinoa, avocado, walnuts and parmesan and the Peanut Satay with mango and peanut veggie “chicken.” Their bowl options include a Wild Sage bowl and a Protein Bomb bowl.

The salad restaurant has been teasing a Yorkville location for a while now, but opening day is now creeping closer.

Mandy’s has posted renderings for the new space on social media that show checkerboard floors, indoor palm trees and their signature blend of chic and kitsch.

“Getting to paint the artwork on the walls of our next location has been extremely exciting and rewarding. We love to visualize how you will feel when you’re sitting inside Mandy’s,” reads the caption of a post showing video of the new location.

“The space has been inspired by many different beautiful parts around the world. By giving the walls a personal touch we wanted to make you feel even more at home. We’re hoping that when all the details come together, it’ll bring a huge smile to your faces. We’re opening THIS AUGUST in Yorkville and we can’t wait to host you.”

Mandy’s at 110 Bloor St. W. in Yorkville should be opening on Aug. 12.
