An Aussie-inspired cafe known for their third wave coffee is opening up a brand new location.
Found Coffee is owned by Leighton Walters, who gained nearly 20 years of experience working in the world of coffee in Australia and Indonesia before moving to Toronto about five years ago.
The cafe has won several awards for their third wave coffee, and serves exquisite versions of classics like their black, white and mocha coffees. One of their signature drinks is The Doctor, a double ristretto with milk that’s a stronger, smoother and sweeter version of their white coffee.

They also serve baked goods and have toast bar and steel cut oat bar sections on their menu. In true Aussie style, you can get a smashed avo toast or even toast with Vegemite.
Found has now expanded to multiple locations in Toronto on College, Shaw and Dundas West, and they also have a location in Guelph.
Now, they’re adding to that family of cafes with a new coffee shop at the Intercontinental Hotel.
Found Coffee at 225 Front St. W. should be opening around April or May.
