One of Toronto’s top wine bars just announced a thrilling new addition to their offerings: brunch.

Paris Paris is popular for their menu of bites that pair exceptionally well with all the fine wines they have on offer. And really, what goes better with bubbles than brunch? That kind of thinking must have been behind the brand new brunch menu they’ve just revealed.

On the brunch menu, you’ll find a yogurt and granola bowl, a warm cinnamon bun with salted caramel and cream cheese frosting, and the Paris Standard (two eggs with bacon and sourdough). There are also two Benny-like creations, the Honey Ham Benedict and Smoked Salmon Eggs Royale. A selection of sandwiches consists of a breakfast sandwich, patty melt and veggie patty melt.

It looks as though you may also be able to order some of their usual chilled seafood, charcuterie and cheese during brunch hours as well.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a wine bar brunch without some special morning cocktails. They have mimosas made with cava and fresh tangerine or grapefruit juice, and they’ve also got a Caesar, Painkiller, Corpse Reviver #2 and the Skinny Dipper, which has tequila, maraschino, grapefruit, lime and Ting.

Brunch is now available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Paris Paris.
