Though Toronto may be located north of the American border, we still love our southern Texas-style barbecue. Thankfully, we now have one more great place to get it without having to journey to the United States.
Cowboy’s Grill already has a location in North York on Kincort, but now they’ve softly opened a new spot for their traditional barbecue.
Their chef Sean Samavati has over 35 years of experience in countries around the world, and the restaurant is known for their classic barbecue meats like brisket and ribs. They’ve even had visits from celeb guests.

When you come to Cowboy’s searching for barbecue, though, you’ll actually find more than you bargained for. In addition to the expected meats, they also serve sandwiches, burgers, salads and even schnitzel and pasta. They’ve also put a Toronto spin on the menu with poutine and shawarma.
There’s another surprising twist to the menu: Cowboy’s also serves breakfast, offering a selection of croissant sandwiches and coffee.
Just this week, Cowboy’s Grill soft opened a new second location, giving even more people access to their eclectic menu.
The second location of Cowboy’s Grill is now open at 1993 Yonge St.
