A popular steakhouse that closed down temporarily for a revamp is reopening its doors, and they’ve made some big changes.

For decades, Harbour Sixty has been known for its elegant steakhouse dishes and powerhouse martinis, all served in a swanky space. The restaurant was originally established in 1917.

That space recently got a huge makeover, and there will be some big differences when they reopen. The hiatus started around May.

A recent social media post advertises that Harbour Sixty will reopen with three concepts on four levels. Harbour Sixty will take up the first two levels, Estelle will be on the third level and Arianna will be on the fourth level. While the Harbour Sixty levels look like they will be relatively similar to the previous steakhouse concept, but with a major refresh, the other levels will offer something different.

“Located on the 3rd floor of the Harbour Commission building, Estelle epitomizes the quintessential venue for indelible moments,” reads the new Harbour Sixty website.

“Estelle offers an expansive array of culinary innovations, and unwavering commitment to meticulous detail.”

Arianna will be a totally new concept that’s a departure from a classic steakhouse.

“Nestled high above the city’s skyline, it offers sweeping views and a lively atmosphere, perfect for creating unforgettable evenings. A grandeur masterpiece. Delight in avant-garde Italian cuisine, meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients and masterful artistry,” reads Arianna’s description on the Harbour Sixty site.

“From beloved traditional dishes to innovative culinary creations, each plate narrates a tale of heritage, ingenuity, and ardor. With its vibrant late-night ambiance and eclectic culinary offerings, Arianna guarantees an immersive dining journey that is truly without equal.”

Harbour Sixty should be reopening in about three months.
