A Canadian store that features underwear for regular women is coming to Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills.
Knix was founded by Joanna Griffiths with the goal of transforming an underwear market that had too much frill and not enough function.
“A trailblazer with the creation of Leakproof Underwear, she continues to focus on listening to what people want and bringing revolutionary solutions to life,” said a company spokesperson.
Knix first leapt into the consciousness of consumers when it introduced leakproof underwear in 2013. Two years later they released their first wireless bra and in 2017 they launched the first period underwear brand for teens and tweens.
In 2019 their groundbreaking lingerie campaign exclusively featured women aged 50-81.
Knix features bras, underwear, sleepwear, swimsuits and active apparel.
The company has featured many pop-up stores over the last couple of years and is now expanding into permanent store locations.
No specific date has been announced for the opening. For more information about the company, visit their website here.
