Chipotle opening first Hamilton restaurant

Make it 40 for the Chipotle Mexican Grill chain, set to open its first Hamilton location and 40th Canadian restaurant Monday on Martindale Crescent in Ancaster.

An innovator in the fast-casual restaurant industry, Chipotle, with a motto of ‘Food with Integrity,’ serves craveable burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads made with real ingredients and no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Chipotle’s food is prepared fresh daily and its restaurants do not feature freezers or can openers.

The new Ancaster location will be located at 122 Martindale Crescent and will be open every day from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Ancaster guests can try the new fan-favorite Carne Asada, available for a limited time, or their signature burritos, quesadillas, tacos, bowls, ‘Lifestyle’ bowls or salads.
