A barber shop has announced that they’ll be closing up shop next month in Toronto.

The Fantail Barbers has been operating for close to five years, and their space on College Street has a cool, clean pop art aesthetic with crisp white walls with bold graphic pops of colour. The shop is owned by a barber with over a decade of experience who’s originally from New Zealand.

The shop has taken to social media to announce they’ll no longer be cutting hair.

“This decision comes with great thought and consideration, and while it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to the shop, we are excited for what’s ahead,” reads a post from the barber shop.

The post goes on to say that their barbers will continue to work in Toronto, and that anyone interested in keeping in touch with them should reach out.

The post has almost 200 likes on Instagram and over a dozen comments from people wishing everyone at Fantail the best in the future.

The Fantail Barbers will be closing its doors on Mar. 22.
