CLOSURE: A cinnamon bun bakery just permanently closed their only location in Hamilton

A shop that specializes almost exclusively in cinnamon buns has just closed the doors of their only Hamilton location.

Cinnaholic may only make cinnamon buns, but they make a ton of varieties.

They serve cinnamon buns topped with everything from cookie dough to berries to marshmallows, and offer 20 flavours of frosting. Their products are also totally vegan and free of dairy, lactose, egg and cholesterol. The chain also allows you to customize your own cinnamon buns.

However, people in one Ontario city will no longer be able to eat cinnamon buns topped with whatever their hearts desire as the Hamilton location of Cinnaholic has closed.

The Cinnaholic in Hamilton was located in Westdale Village, and was open for about two years after first opening their doors around 2022.

No formal announcement was made about the closure of the location, and no closing date was specified.

Cinnaholic has origins in California and has opened locations in the United States in Canada, and there are still Ontario locations in Toronto, Ottawa and London. Multiple upcoming locations that will be opening in the future are listed on their website, but all of them are located in the United States.
