A cafe serving ice cream infused with the flavours of your favourite cereals is closing down one of its locations.

Cereal Box Cafe has been operating two locations, but just announced on social media that one of them is shutting down.

“Thank you for your endless support these past 3 years,” reads a post on social media that goes into more detail about the reasons why the cafe had to close.

“Despite our best efforts, with ongoing landlord issues and harassment from certain individuals, coupled with a lack of police support, have made it harder for us to continue,” the post says.

“We’re hopeful and excited to see what the future holds.”

Cereals you can add to your ice cream include options like Reese’s Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruity Pebbles and Froot Loops. Their full menu will still be on offer at their 213 Ossington Ave. location now that their other location on Spadina has closed.

The last day for Cereal Box Cafe’s location at 186 Spadina Ave. was Aug. 31.
