CLOSURE: Seafood restaurant just suddenly closed down in Toronto

A restaurant for seafood has suddenly announced they’re immediately closing their doors.
Pink Sky hasn’t been around on the King West strip for long, but they made an impression with their sign featuring neon lips and their menu of splashy seafood items.
The restaurant dealt in dishes like seafood towers, mussels, pimento soft shell crab dip and other steakhouse-style classics like beef tartare, all complemented by frilly cocktails.
They’ve now posted a short and sweet goodbye message to social media.

“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible guests and team for making Pink Sky a cherished part of the King West community,” reads the post.
Fans of great drinks and food don’t need to be too sad to see the restaurant go. It will soon be replaced with another concept by Ink Entertainment, a cocktail bar serving food.
The cocktail program will be headed up by Robin Goodfellow who’s been involved with other prestigious projects like Vela and Bar Raval. The food program will be designed by Stuart Cameron who has overseen the culinary programs at Mira, Patria and Byblos. The goodbye post promises other details will be revealed eventually.
The as yet unnamed restaurant is set to open in spring 2025.
