CLOSURES: Restaurants that closed in FEBRUARY 2025 in Toronto

February may be a short month, but sadly a fair number of restaurants still closed their doors in Toronto during that time. Saddest of all, we lost some restaurants that had been in business for decades this past month.
For years, people have lined up for a taste of this restaurant’s creative takes on brunch staples like French toast and pancakes, but now they’ve closed their doors.
Liberty Commons and Big Rock Brewery
This brewery and brewpub space in Liberty Village shut down its entire operation during February.
For decades, people have had the opportunity to eat amazing Iranian food at this restaurant that announced they’d be closing down in February.
Kensington Market is reeling from the closure of this community hub that was in business for over 30 years.
The writing was on the wall when this brewery and bar announced they were struggling, and eventually they officially closed this past month.
Vegans and vegetarians can no longer head to this restaurant to satisfy cravings for Indian food.
