Free movies coming to theatres in Oakville, Burlington and Milton

Cineplex theatres in Oakville, Burlington and Milton are turning over their big screens to the community this week.
Community Day arrives on Saturday, Nov. 4 with free morning movies that have a family-friendly theme.
Films include Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile; Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation; Jumanji: The Next Level; The Angry Birds Movie 2.
Doors open at 9 a.m. with the regular programming beginning again in the afternoon.
As well as the free films, cinema snacks including popcorn, soft drinks and select candy are just $2.50 each throughout the morning.
Proceeds from food and beverage sales will go to BGC Canada (formerly Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada).
The theatres taking part are:
- SilverCity Burlington Cinemas, 1250 Brant St.
- Cineplex Cinemas Milton, 1175 Maple Ave.
- Cineplex Cinemas Winston Churchill Oakville, 2081 Winston Park Dr.
- Cineplex Cinemas Oakville, 3531 Wyecroft Rd.
Theatre-goers can reserve seats in advance.
