Labour Day, fireworks, entertainment, festivals.

If you’re ready to end summer on a high note, nothing beats a bright show lighting up the night sky. Here’s where you can catch fireworks this Labour Day weekend in  Ontario:

While these major fireworks displays are planned, residents may also find additional shows at various city parks and locations. It’s a good idea to check with local park officials or city websites for the most up-to-date information on any events happening in your area.

It’s also important to note that in some areas in Ontario fireworks are prohibited or a permit is required. Residents who are found breaking these laws could face up to $100,000 in fines.

To report fireworks being illegally set off on private property, residents can call the city’s 311 information line. To file a complaint related to fireworks use on public roadways, call Peel Regional Police at 905-453-3111.
