The family-friendly event will take place at Claireville Conservation Area, located at 8180 Highway 50, on Sunday, Nov. 26.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to venture outdoors to collect grapevine for the frames of their wreaths before decorating them with fresh foliage, seasonal embellishments and ribbon—all of which will be provided.
The event is expected to run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Refreshments and snacks will also be included.
Due to space being limited, those who are interested in participating are encouraged to register in advance.
According to the booking website, events.trca.ca —those planning to attend are advised that all ticket sales are final.
If individuals find themselves unwell before the scheduled workshop, are asked to reach out to organizers for alternative options.
However, in the event of extreme weather, attendees will be contacted with a notice of cancellation and issued a full refund.
The cost to participate is $60 + HST per family with a maximum of four participants. One wreath will be given to each group to create their masterpiece together.
