A new grocery store just opened its doors in Toronto

Iqbal Foods has just opened a location in a totally new neighbourhood of Toronto.
The supermarket is known for their halal meats, but they’re also a great source for a wide range of South Asian and Middle Eastern foods and products.
They also sell all kinds of necessities like dairy products, produce, frozen items and baked goods. Iqbal Foods is also known for their deals found in their flyers.

Iqbal Foods is named for CEO Iqbal Malek, who arrived in Canada in 1971. Iqbal Foods now has more than 400 employees and sponsors local non-profit organizations, and now has locations in North York, Scarborough, Mississauga and Ajax.
Now, they’ve added one more store to that lineup in a new Toronto location. The supermarket chain has just opened their newest location in East York.
Iqbal Foods is now open at 100 Thorncliffe Park Dr.
