A chain called Kajun Chicken & Seafood with half a dozen locations in Ontario just opened their very first downtown Toronto restaurant.
The restaurant serves chicken, fish and shrimp dishes inspired by the flavours of Louisiana. They serve bone-in chicken, boneless chicken, seafood dishes, sandwiches and sides, including their signature biscuits.
For seafood, they have fish fillets, fish tenders, fish nuggets and jalapeno shrimp, and sandwich options include chipotle BBQ chicken, shrimp and fish. Sides on the menu include mozzarella sticks, cauliflower bites, mac n’ cheese bites and poutine.
Kajun Chicken & Seafood has been expanding rapidly recently, having just opened a location in Oakville in early August, and having opened in Waterloo in late June. They also have locations in Scarborough, Thornhill, Hamilton and Orillia, and now their newest just opened in downtown Toronto.
The best part about this new location is it’s open late, until 2 a.m. most nights and until 4 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The brand is also planning on opening locations in Etobicoke, North York, Mississauga, Oshawa, Barrie and Whitby.
Kajun Chicken & Seafood had the grand opening of their downtown Toronto location at 755 Queen St. E. on Sept. 6 and 7.
