A Korean chain for fried chicken has just opened their first ever Canadian location in Toronto.

BHC Chicken (which stands for Better Happier Choice) has over 2,000 stores all over the world, not only in Korea but also in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and even the United States in Los Angeles.

They serve a range of styles of fried chicken, including a signature “Bburinkle” style with Korean cheese seasoning.

They also serve a sweet and spicy variety along with Matcho-King made with aged soy sauce and Gold-King made with soy, honey and garlic. Other items on their menu include pasta and rice dishes plus sandwiches and wraps.

The Toronto location has joined the group of restaurants gathered together in The Well’s food hall, Wellington Market. BHC has been drawing lineups there in their first days open.

BHC Chicken is now open in Wellington Market at The Well.
