MARCH 11 WEATHER: Sunny skies and warm temperatures in Toronto

Sunny weather and double-digit temperatures are expected this week in Toronto.

Monday saw temperature highs of 10 C and mainly sunny skies in the city.

Tuesday’s weather is expected to get even warmer with a high of 13 C and a mix of sun and clouds, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

It will still be chilly in the evening with a low of -5 C expected overnight.

Wind gusts from 20 km/h to 60 km/h in the late morning could make it feel slightly cooler.

The rest of the week is looking mild aside from Wednesday when cloudy skies and a high of zero are forecast. Thursday will shoot back up to 9 C and Friday could be a sunny and warm 12 C.
