The last week of March got off to a cold start with some snow on the ground on Monday. There is still a chance of snow on Tuesday night.
Wednesday will start off cold, with the wind chill it could feel like -7 C in the morning.
Wind gusts up to 40 km/h are expected.
It could warm up to a high of 2 C before dropping down to -3 C in the evening.
Mostly cloudy skies are forecast with some sunny breaks possible.
