March 7 weather: Cold temperatures and snow possible in Toronto

Bundle up if you are heading out on Friday night in Toronto—the winter weather continues.

After blustery and snowy conditions on Thursday, more cold weather is expected on Friday.

A high of about 2 C and lows down to a chilly -8 C in the evening are in the forecast from Environment and Climate Change Canada.

There is a 40 per cent chance of flurries during the day and 30 per cent chance in the evening.

The weekend looks slightly warmer but spring-like temperatures are coming.

Double-digit temperatures are forecast for next week. Monday and Tuesday’s high is forecast to be about 10 C, according to Environment Canada.
