Mississauga is getting its first ever 24/7 multi-sport club, and it’s on schedule to open next month.
Smash Sports measures over 22,000 square feet and has 30-foot-high ceilings, and will offer an array of sports all under one roof. They’ll have facilities for badminton, cricket, box cricket, pickleball and even baseball. You’ll be able to rent batting cages, cricket lanes, badminton and pickleball courts, and equipment for all sports. And it’ll all be available 24 hours a day.
Their badminton courts are BWF approved Grade 1 professional courts made of green synthetic materials, meeting the highest standards for grip and agility. For pickleball, they have professionally approved Grade 1 pickleball courts made of wood synthetic materials for swift, precise movement. They’ll have three state-of-the-art cricket lanes and bowling machines that can throw up to 300 balls per hour, and a box cricket pitch will be available for booking.
Membership plans are available for both badminton and pickleball, for groups or drop-in sessions. Prices start at $7 for member drop-ins at non-peak hours. For badminton and pickleball, court group memberships start at $200 per year and can be shared between six members. Drop-in individual memberships start at $69 for six months and $99 per year.
Coaching will also be available for badminton, cricket and baseball, and they’ll have summer camp for badminton, cricket and a combo of both.
Smash Sports is opening June 2024 at 1325 Aimco Boulevard.
