Syrups. Beans. Machines.
You name it, Beanwise has it, and it looks like the growing coffee and tea emporium is set to open a new location in the not-too-distant future.
But it’s not yet ready to announce exactly where that new location will be.
Yesterday, Beanwise, which calls itself Canada’s largest online coffee and tea store, announced that it will soon open a fourth brick-and-mortar location. The brand, which first opened in 2006, currently has locations in East York, Toronto, and Mississauga.
“We are so excited to open our doors next month… but until then, does anyone have any idea where our new store is located!?” the company teased in an Instagram post that shows the shop’s brand new signage.
While the exact location has not been disclosed, the video shows a sizeable plaza with ample parking.
Guesses in the thread include Vaughan’s Maple neighbourhood (specifically a plaza on Major Mackenzie), Ajax, London, Oakville and Brampton.
One poster said that Durham needs a location, while another asked the company to consider setting up shop in Barrie.
While not a cafe, Beanwise’s online and retail stores offer a wide array of products for coffee and tea drinkers, including whole-bean coffee, K-cups, coffee pods, loose-leaf tea, boba, smoothie and specialty drink mixes (think Chai and hot chocolate), Monin, Torani and Soda Stream syrups, equipment (espresso machines, juicers, milk frothers, grinders and kettles, etc), drinkware and more.
The new location is expected to open next month.
