Popular breakfast and brunch restaurant opening with free meals in London

Popular Canadian breakfast and brunch restaurant Pür & Simple is opening their 30th restaurant, and they’re celebrating appropriately by offering a free meal to the first 30 guests.

The new location will open at 395 Wellington Road in south London on Tuesday, September 27 at 7 am.

The first 30 guests on opening day will get free breakfast (a value of $20!).

Pür & Simple is Breakfast Reinvented™ and offers a unique twist on breakfast and brunch classics as well as creative fusions that are as aesthetically pleasing to look at as they are delicious.

Aside from breakfast and brunch, their lunch menu served Monday to Friday from 11 am includes burgers, wraps, sandwiches and even tacos with steak or crispy chicken.

As for drinks, their state-of-the-art Nespresso machine produces amazing specialty coffees, and their fresh OJ is pressed in-house daily – or mix things up with something from their smoothie bar or wide selection of cocktails.

The restaurant itself has a friendly and inviting vibe that makes it one of the most fun spots to enjoy a mid-morning meal with friends and family.

Here are five of Pür & Simple’s must-try dishes:

French Toast Crisp

Panko-breaded French toast topped with blueberries, raspberries, English cream, raspberry coulis, whipped cream and fresh mint. Pür & Simple’s artisanal take on French toast provides a sweet taste with a satisfyingly crispy texture.

The Canadian

Embrace the Canadian spirit with this traditional breakfast dish of two eggs with bacon, sausage, ham, and your choice of crepe, French toast, pancake or a half waffle.

Carole’s Cinna-Cakes

Cinnamon swirl buttermilk pancakes topped with icing glaze, caramel, and whipped cream. Once you’ve tasted the soft and fluffy texture of Pür & Simple’s buttermilk pancakes, you’ll be addicted.

Ray’s Extravaganza

Bacon, sausage, ham, red & green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and Hollandaise sauce. This truly extravagant dish is served hot and fresh on a  skillet.

Cinnabacon

Topping the list of must-try dishes is the restaurant’s iconic Cinnabacon: A glazed cinnamon Danish stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, Swiss and provolone. One bite of this and you’ll be in sweet and savoury heaven.

More Pür & Simple restaurants are continuing to open across Canada, with at least 50 locations planned by the end of 2023.
