A large restaurant for healthy food with a super pretty aesthetic is opening soon in Toronto.
Better Bar serves a menu of salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls and the prettiest smoothies. They also do breakfast, and have a daily rotating hot bar.
They don’t use any seed oils or preservatives, and serve only grass-fed beef and butter. They also use produce from Vision Greens, a pesticide-free facility located less than 100 kilometres away.
Wraps include a chicken Caesar truffle wrap and a Buffalo wrap. Hand rolls (something you don’t see at every health food restaurant) on offer are salmon, tuna and vegetarian.
The breakfast menu includes options like avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast wraps, raw honey nut butter toast, overnight oats, Greek yogurt and egg white bites.
They also have something they call “The Better Sandwich” with pasture raised egg, sliced avocado, wheat grass pesto, micro broccoli and raw cheddar cheese on an English muffin.
The Better Bar space that seats 80 is decked out in lots of pale white and pink with touches of greenery.
Better Bar is aiming to open next week at 87 Avenue Rd.
