Shawarma restaurant expanding to new neighbourhood with a second location in Toronto

In a city that loves shawarma as much as Toronto, it’s great to have a new place to get it, especially when it comes from a proven spot.
Shawarma West is opening a brand new location starting this week, with grand opening celebrations taking place the whole week long.
The restaurant dishes out shawarma pretty much every way it’s possible to serve it: on rice, plates, fries and salads, as well as in classic wraps.
Everything is also available topped with beef, falafel, souvlaki, a mix of beef and chicken, or “Philly cheese” style chicken or beef. The original Shawarma West location can be found at 746 Queen St. W.

Now, they’re bringing their hearty menu to Toronto’s waterfront with a new Harbourfront location just in time for spring, giving hungry people a new spot to get a bite to eat on the way to the beach or as they’re strolling the waterfront.
For their grand opening celebrations, chicken on rice or in a wrap will be available for a special price of $5 until April 5.
Shawarma West’s second location is now open at 8 York St.
