Specialty tropical pizza joint celebrates grand opening in Brampton

Pizza lovers have a new spot to try in Brampton that’s putting a tropical twist on the traditional pie.
The new pizza joint is called Pizzaish and crafts specialty tropical-infused pizzas using a wide range of Caribbean flavours and ingredients that go above and beyond the traditional ham and pineapple Hawaiian pizza.
Some of Pizzaish’s creations include the Jerk Harmony (jerk chicken with plantain), Shrimp Fiesta (jerk shrimp), Island Icon pizza (ackee and saltfish), Halal Heatwave Pepperoni, Mango Tango and even a pizza made with Oxtail and black truffle.
The new pizza shop celebrated its grand opening on Dec. 23 at its location at 27 Ruth Ave. in Brampton and has already had a visit from Juno award-winning reggae artist and Brampton Walk of Fame inductee Exco Levi, who stopped in to pick up an Island Icon pizza.
And as for those who want to try Pizzaish creations without leaving home, you can view the full menu and order takeout from DoorDash, Skip The Dishes and Uber Eats.
