The first spot for New York hand-rolled bagels just opened in the GTA

A shop for hand-rolled New York bagels that claims to be the GTA’s first just opened its doors.
Broadway Bagel Co. makes kettle boiled, hand-rolled bagels that they claim are just like ones you’d get in New York.
They come in egg, everything, sesame seed, poppy seed, rainbow, whole wheat, cinnamon raisin and pumpernickel varieties.
They also make various kinds of spreads and schmeers to go with their bagels, like lox spread, egg salad and tuna salad, and Broadway has over 10 flavours of cream cheese.
They also serve scrambled egg sandwiches, egg bowls, wraps and salads. The best thing is, everything is certified kosher.
Broadway Bagel Co. is now open at 7241 Bathurst St. in Thornhill.
