There’s going to be a huge used book sale with super low prices in Toronto

A used book sale that claims to be “The best value for buying books in the city” is happening this week.
The Treasures Book Sale is a special event put on at the iconic Toronto Reference Library. Materials at book sales usually start at just 50 cents and aren’t priced higher than $5, and most materials will are typically priced around $1.
The Treasures Book Sale will consist of donated items and materials from the library’s very own collection. That means you just might be able to get your hands on lots of rare and collectible books plus first editions for just a couple bucks.
The money raised from the book sale will go towards library services and programs.
Just remember to bring your own bag and your patience, as it should be noted there may be long lineups.
The Treasures Book Sale takes place from Sept. 19 to 21, with hours from 9:30 am to 7 pm on Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. There’s a $3 cash only admission fee on Thursday.
The book sale will be happening at Beeton Hall at the Toronto Reference Library.
