With fall-like temperatures kicking in, don’t let the cooler weather stop you from having fun! A sweater or light jacket is all you need for outdoor events and there are plenty of indoor activities worth exploring too. Here’s what’s going on this week in Toronto from Sept. 23 to 26:


Art Bash 2024

Join the Art Gallery of Ontario’s annual fundraising gala, Art Bash 2024. This year’s event showcases the Moments in Modernism exhibition, featuring dynamic works by renowned artists. Guests will enjoy a vibrant evening of art, live performances, cuisine, and cocktails. All proceeds support the AGO’s exhibitions and public programs.

#2BowieFest Canada 2024

Celebrate the genius of David Bowie at #2BowieFestCanada. The festival features music, art, fashion and fan participation.

Magic on Bloor

Get ready for an evening of unforgettable magic as Jonah Babins and Ben Train, two of Toronto’s top magicians, bring their mind-blowing show to the Super Wonder Gallery. The event features close-up magic, comedy, and an interactive 70-minute performance, followed by an after-party with DJ N3mef.

Hidden Taste 004: The Fall Equinox

Experience Hidden Taste 004, a unique dinner club event blending the warm tones of fall with the ambiance of a jazz club. CineMATHic Movie Nights: Moebius

Join RCIScience and the Fields Institute for a monthly movie series this fall, featuring films that dive into the world of science and math. The first film in the series is the 1997 Argentine sci-fi thriller Moebius, based on the classic short story A Subway Named Mobius. Set in a dystopian Buenos Aires Underground, the film explores missing trains, people, and mathematical mysteries.

Picklefest Hands-On: Fermented Hot Sauce by Rebekka Hutton

In this hands-on workshop, learn the art of fermentation with Rebekka Hutton of Alchemy Pickle Company. Explore the Lacto-fermentation process, which uses salt instead of heat or vinegar to create probiotic-rich, naturally preserved foods. Participants will make their own custom hot sauces and sample various house-made ferments, including Rebekka’s famous Alchemy hot sauces.

Fall for Dance North

Come From Away

The global sensation Come From Away returns to the Royal Alexandra.
