 April 11

Home & Lifestyle Show 2025

Explore the latest in home improvement, décor, fashion, and sustainable living at this weekend-long event, featuring exhibitors, live demos and a Sip & Savour Opening Night.

Where: 150 Queen St. S. (Albion Bolton Community Centre)
When:

  • April 11 – 6 to 9 p.m. (Opening Night Sip & Savour)
  • April 12 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • April 13 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Cost: Free with sign-up, or $5 at the door (cash only); kids 12 & under free.


The Umbilical Brothers: The Distraction

A mind-bending live show that blends physical comedy with big-screen spectacle, performed simultaneously on stage and screen.

Where: 1 Theatre Lane (The Rose)
When: 7 to 9 p.m.
Cost: $20–$39


April 12

Eggstravaganza in Downtown Brampton

Meet the Easter Bunny, collect treats and join the “Easter Egg Roll” and “Bunny Hop Dance Party” throughout downtown Brampton.

Where: 2 Wellington St. W. (Brampton City Hall)
When: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost: Free (registration required)


Support Our Veterans Run & Walk

A family-friendly event in support of Canadian Veterans featuring run/walk categories for all ages, kids’ activities, and BBQ from Zabiha Halal by Maple Lodge Farms.

Where: 9050 Bramalea Rd. (Chinguacousy Park Pavilion)
When: 9:45 a.m.
Cost: Registration cost varies by race (5 km and 10 km)


Brampton Carriage Rides

Enjoy a charming 8–10 minute carriage ride through downtown Brampton, perfect for families and small groups.

Where: 23 Main St. South (City Hall – Main St. & Wellington St.)
When:  From 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cost: $25.57 per group (seats 4–5 passengers)


Bunny Eggscitement

Celebrate the arrival of spring with family-friendly activities, entertainment, and more! No registration is required.

Where: 340 Vodden St. E.
When: 12 to 4 p.m.
Cost: Free with a non-perishable food donation


April 13

Run For Hope– 5 km and 10 km

Join runners and walkers for this community race around Professor’s Lake for a meaningful cause.

Where: 1660 North Park Rd. (Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre)
When: 9 a.m.
Cost: From $61.59 (Limited spots available and registration is required)


Parks Clean Up and BBQ

Join an organized cleanup of Andrew McCandless Park and enjoy a free BBQ afterward. Supplies provided. Students can earn volunteer hours.

Where: 450 Elbern Markell Dr.
When: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Cost: Free


Bunny Eggscitement

Celebrate the arrival of spring with fun activities and entertainment for the whole family. No registration is required. Participants can drop in and bring a non-perishable food donation.
