The holiday season is officially coming to an end, with New Year’s Day marking the first day of the new year and the first holiday for a few weeks.

This year, New Year’s Day falls on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.

  • Eaton Centre – 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Pacific Mall – 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • CF Markville – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Hillcrest Mall – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Toronto Premium Outlets – 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Square One Shopping Centre – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Bramalea City Centre – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Vaughan Mills – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The Well (hours of individual retailers may vary)

Food and Grocery

  • Rabba
  • Summerhill Market – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Whole Foods (Yorkville and Square One locations only)
  • Eataly (all locations)
  • Select Wine Rack locations (call ahead to be sure)
  • Many cafes, restaurants and bars will be open, but always call ahead to be sure
