A gourmet salad restaurant that hails from la belle province has opened its latest outpost in Toronto’s chic Yorkville neighbourhood.
Mandy’s Salads started out with locations in Montreal but has since brought its brand of trendy salads to Toronto.
The company boasts locations on Ossington, The Well, and Kitchen Hub, and recently announced that its 110 Bloor St. W. location is officially open for diners craving some healthier fare.
“A big thank you to each and every one of you for making this passion project come to life. Another successful grand opening in the books thanks to these amazing peeps. We love you Toronto,” the company said on social media.
Mandy’s is known for its salads and grain bowls with options like Cobb and Caesar salads as well as The Wolfe with kale, quinoa, avocado, walnuts and parmesan and the Peanut Satay with mango and peanut veggie “chicken.” Their bowl options include a Wild Sage bowl and a Protein Bomb bowl.
Earlier this year, the company said the latest location was “inspired by many different beautiful parts around the world,” and that it would boast a personal touch that would make diners feel at home.
The grand opening for the new Yorkville hotspot took place earlier this month.
