Variety of creative arts programs for both adults and kids happening this summer in Mississauga

For the creative and crafty among us, get ready for a unique summer arts vacation right here in Mississauga, courtesy of CreativeHub 1352.

These programs, which will take place at the Small Arms Inspection Building at 1352 Lakeshore Rd E. in Lakeview, include everything from oil painting, watercolours and mosaics to weaving, woodburning and more!

The extensive lineup of unique art and maker workshops features a variety of talented artists to help you explore your creative side. The workshops are designed for different age ranges, so there’s something for everyone including activities for children, adults and seniors.

The Small Arms Inspection Building is one of the most historic buildings in Mississauga. Designed in 1940 and used as a large munitions plant for the Canadian Army throughout World War II, the facility is now classed as a heritage-designated property.

In addition to its storied history, the building is a big and bright space that’s perfect for creative arts and other events. There’s something here for everyone, all year round!
