WEEKEND WEATHER: Ice storm forecast for Toronto and GTA

Weekend plans could be cancelled with a possible ice storm set to hit to Toronto.
Freezing rain could start Friday night, Environment and Climate Change Canada said in a special weather statement.
A low of zero C is forecast for the evening getting up to 3 C on Saturday.
There is a more significant freezing rain threat Saturday night into Sunday morning, the statement reads.
Possible ice accretion of three to five mm is expected.
There could be power outages, slippery surfaces and broken tree branches from the ice build-up.
A high of 3 C is forecast on Saturday and 4 C for Sunday.
The freezing rain risk increases Saturday night into Sunday as temperatures cool below the freezing mark.
The weather takes a turn on Monday with highs up to 15 C forecast.
